The Revopoint Miraco Plus 3D scanner, which has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award 2024, is a versatile solution that combines the ultra -perecision of photogrammetric metrology with smaller parts such as screws and large industrial objects. With double optical magnification and up to 20 frames per second, it reaches clear and fast registration of the most complex shapes, while the 48 megapixel RGB camera provides a vibrant, natural color rendering of 8K. The built-in 9-axis IMU stabilizes all movements, eliminating blurring, and the 2K AMOLED screen at 180 ° allows you to see progress intuitively, in real time. Thanks to the four -step workflow (marker preparation, photography, point cloud calculation and recording, processing and exporting), Miraco plus rationalizes prototype production and advanced design, offering the highest quality measurements without having to use additional services.
Innovative photogrammetric measurement
The Miraco Plus focuses on an extremely effective photogrammetric metrological system that reduces the accumulation of errors in real time when combining successive pieces of the point cloud. Thanks to this, all shapes, even the most complex, are mapped from impressive sculptures to tiny mechanical parts, with unparalleled consistency. The single frame with a precision of up to 0.04 mm is not a detail. The 0.02 mm + 0.05 mm × l (m) photogrammetric accuracy ensures that your model faithfully corresponds to the actual dimensions.
From microscopic screws to large industrial objects
Miraco Plus handles delicious jewelry pieces and large automotive or motorcycle parts. Thanks to the 2x optical enlargement, you can focus on the smallest details, and thanks to the recording speed of up to 20 frames per second you can scan even long items quickly and smoothly. You can set the two modes of operation (one -time recording and continuous recording) to your needs, no matter what complex interface you scan.
Odd color quality and stability
The built-in 48 MP RGB camera captures the entire color spectrum in 8K quality, so the finished 3D models do not require any additional color correction. The 9-axis IMU (inertial measurement unit, a module that measures accelerates and angular speed of an object in space) eliminates blur and tremor, even when working on the field or without a stand. The large, 2K AMOLED (active matrix organic light emissions, an advanced, organic emissive diode screen) screen, which can be tilted at 180 °, allows you to track the progress progress in real time and in any position.
Intuitive four -step workflow
The full digitization workflow is simplified by four simple steps that are done without moving the data from the device to the final export - the first step in preparation (placing the attached meters, coded targets and markers around the subject or around the subject - these are the references of photogrammetric analysis), Van), calculating and capturing the point clouds (Miraco Plus automatically recognizes the position of the markers, combines recordings and creates a consistent point cloud), and processing and exporting (advanced software allows the model to be corrected, filtered and edited, and then exports the finished file to the desktop or cloud).
