REVOPOINT MetroX Pro advanced 3D scanner

The Revopoint MetroX Pro Advanced is a 3D scanner that combines multi-line laser and structured light technology. It offers accuracy of up to 0.01 mm and 0.02 mm and supports four scanning modes. Depending on the mode, it captures up to 7,000,000 points per second in full-field mode or up to 2,000,000 points per second in laser mode. Objects from 10 × 10 × 10 mm up to 1 × 1 × 1 m can be digitised precisely, making it a versatile tool for engineering and design work. The Advanced version includes an additional set of markers.

The scanner uses multi-line laser scanning and full-field structured light scanning, so users can match the mode to the task and surface type. With 30 blue cross-line lasers, 15 parallel lasers and 62 structured light lines, it captures fine detail. GPU-accelerated scanning, frame rates of up to 60 FPS and both handheld and stationary operation add to its flexibility. The Feature, Marker and Global Marker tracking methods help keep the scan stable across different surfaces.

The scanner works at a distance of 200 to 400 mm with a 43 × 33° field of view. Its compact body measures 209 × 88 × 44 mm and weighs 508 g, which makes it easy to carry and use in different environments. The included Revo Metro software works with the scanner, and models can be exported in formats such as PLY, OBJ, STL and 3MF for further processing or 3D printing preparation.
