Puskás Öcsi - A külvárosi vagány hihetetlen kalandjai

Puskás Öcsi – A külvárosi vagány hihetetlen kalandjai is a children's book about Öcsi, a boy who would happily play football all day if he could. The pitch near his home is usually taken over by older boys, so Öcsi and his best friend Cucu, who lives next door, are rarely allowed to join in. The two constantly think about how they might get into the game and attract the attention of the bigger boys.

The story follows their ideas, their friendship and their determination to keep trying despite setbacks. Everyday family life is part of it too, such as when Öcsi lies sick in bed and his mother forbids him from going out to play in the yard.

Weighing around 300 grams, the book is a light and easy read for young readers who enjoy lively adventures set in a suburban neighbourhood.
