The ProfiCare PC-BMG 3121 is a fully automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor that takes precise, quick readings using the oscillometric method. Its cuff fits arm circumferences from 22 to 42 cm, so it suits a wide range of users.

The large LCD screen shows systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate at the same time. According to the manufacturer, systolic and diastolic readings deviate by no more than ±3 mmHg and pulse by ±5%. The device also offers WHO classification, irregular heartbeat detection and automatic shut-off.

Up to 99 readings can be stored per user, and the monitor calculates an average of three measurements. Navigation through the menus is simple, and the 360° connector makes handling convenient. A USB-C cable can optionally power the unit from mains; the cable and adapter are not included.
