Product description
The PROCONNECT PC-PP-P01 is an optical DisplayPort extender that carries 4K video at 60Hz over a single LC fiber-optic cable. It links a DisplayPort source to a DisplayPort display, covering distances from 300 metres up to 20 kilometres. This makes it suited to long-distance professional AV installations where conventional copper cabling is not practical.
The unit uses a pigtail design with the fiber cable permanently attached. Its transmitter and receiver modules can be paired with other compatible models such as the PC-DD-P01 or PC-HH-P01, allowing different source and display combinations to be built up as needed.
It is a good fit for offices, industrial sites and public buildings where a stable, high-quality picture must be delivered over long cable runs.
