The PremiumCord S/FTP CAT6a patch cable in grey, 7 metres long, connects network devices with support for 10-gigabit network connections. It is suited to building office and home networks and supports a bandwidth of 500 MHz. Both ends are male connectors, wired one-to-one.

Each of the four twisted wire pairs has its own foil shield, and an overall braided shield surrounds the entire cable. This S/FTP (PIMF) construction provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference and keeps signal noise to a minimum.

The conductors are 100% copper in an AWG 26/7 structure and are sheathed in halogen-free LSOH insulation, which releases only a small amount of toxic gas in a fire. The cable is rated for temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C. It is supplied in a PVC bag with a description and EAN code.
