Prana sour cherry pit pillow red 25x30cm 1 pc

This red cherry stone pillow, measuring 25 x 30 cm, is a natural hot and cold pack for the body. Heated in an oven at about 100 °C for around 20 minutes, or briefly in a microwave, it is intended to ease stomach ache, earache, joint pain and menstrual cramps. Chilled in a refrigerator or freezer and placed in a plastic bag, it can be used as a cold compress for headaches, bruises and sprains.

The pillow can be washed together with its cover, so a separate cover is not necessary. After use, it should be aired by an open window or outdoors and not covered, so that body moisture can evaporate.

Because the filling and cover are made of natural material, they may contain traces of pollen and dust. People with allergies are advised to wash the filling and cover separately in warm water and to spread them out to dry in a well-ventilated place.
