Fight for the future of the Solar System!
Zenit is a tense, decision-filled dueling board game in which two players fight for control over the planets of the solar system. Agents, technologies, and political maneuvering will determine who will control the Senate.
In the distant future, the Solar System is populated by three factions: humans, robots, and animods. Coexistence is fragile, and the zenith, which serves as an energy source, both ensures development and carries the possibility of conflict. Zenit places players in this tense political space as they use their agents to gain influence on the planets and ultimately take control of the Senate.
The game focuses on the five planets of the solar system. Players expand their power by playing agent cards while constantly reacting to their opponent's moves. With a well-timed action, you can acquire resources, rearrange your opponent's positions, or even create an advantage on a key planet.
Technology development adds a separate strategic layer to the game: the development of the abilities of the factions requires zenith, but in return it provides increasingly powerful effects and long-term benefits. The political game is further colored by the acquisition of the President tile, which brings temporary power, new opportunities and tactical decisions into the game.
Zenit offers several ways to win: you can build on a majority victory, you can strive to create a balance between the planets, or you can think in terms of total control. As soon as you fulfill one of the victory conditions, the game ends immediately with your victory, no points are calculated.
Despite its short playing time, Zenit offers sharp decisions and serious tactical tension throughout, making it an ideal choice for a two-player strategy board game for those who like every move to have real weight.
Gain the support of the planets and take control of the Senate!
The game also includes a 4-person team game version!
