Product description
The Pioneer VREC-Z820DC is a two-channel dash camera that records both the front and the rear of the vehicle. It captures footage in 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) at roughly 8.3 megapixels. Its sensitive Sony STARVIS™ CMOS sensor and f/1.8 aperture produce clearly legible recordings by day and by night, including license plates. The 3.2-inch IPS touchscreen makes the camera easy to operate.
Advanced AI and ADAS functions continuously monitor the road ahead and issue a safety warning when a hazard is detected. HDR technology balances sudden changes in brightness, while the built-in GPS logs position, speed and direction of travel.
The 24/7 security mode, which requires the RD-HWK300 accessory kit, detects impacts even while the vehicle is parked. The camera can also be connected to a smartphone over Wi-Fi.
