Removes up to 10 times as much plaque* for thorough cleaning
Fit the G3 Premium plaque removal brush head to your toothbrush for the most thorough cleaning experience of all. The bristles of the soft, flexible-sided brush head precisely follow the surface of each tooth, ensuring 4 times more surface contact** and removing up to 10 times more plaque, even in hard-to-reach places*.

You can choose between 4 operating modes and 3 intensity settings
DiamondClean Smart provides comprehensive care. You can increase the effectiveness of cleaning with three intensity settings, and its four modes satisfy all brushing needs: Clean mode: for exceptional everyday cleanliness, White+: helps remove stains, Deep Clean+: for invigorating deep cleaning, and Gum Health ( Healthy gums): for thorough cleaning along the gum line.

Guides brushing and shows missed areas
The Philips Sonicare app tells you when you've achieved a full and thorough cleaning and guides you to become a more conscious, better brusher.

Brings you back to missed areas for 100% coverage
If you miss an area while brushing, the app's TouchUp feature will show you, so you can go over the area again and be sure you're getting it clean every time.

Guaranteed to get the best out of the brush head
Brush heads wear out over time and remove plaque less effectively. With intelligent brush head recognition, you will no longer miss when to change the brush head. The toothbrush tracks how long and with what intensity you have used each brush head and alerts you when it is time to replace them. With the Philips Sonicare app, you can also track the life of your brush heads and even order replacements so you're never without a brush head.

Take better care of problem areas
Did your dentist draw your attention to a few problem areas? We highlight them on the in-app 3D mouth map and remind you to pay special attention to them.

It warns if you press too hard
You might not notice if you're brushing too hard, but DiamondClean Smart does. If you apply too much pressure, the light ring on the end of the handle will flash, warning you to reduce the pressure and let the toothbrush head do the rest. 7 out of 10 people found that this feature made their brushing more efficient.

It guides you on how to reduce chafing
When using an electric toothbrush, the toothbrush does the work. The rub sensor built into the grip gently warns you to stop rubbing. This way, you can further improve your technique for gentler, more effective cleaning.

The brush heads automatically select the optimal setting
Not sure which mode and intensity you should be using? Stop debating! The microchip in the brush head tells the DiamondClean Smart toothbrush which one you are currently using. Therefore, if, for example, you snap on a gum protection brush head, the toothbrush can select the optimal mode and intensity for gentle, yet effective gum care. All you have to do is press the power button.

Simple and stylish charging – at home and on the go
You can enjoy regular use for two weeks with a single charge. However, should you run out of power while traveling, the exclusive USB charging carry case doubles as a charger. Place the toothbrush in the case and plug it into your laptop or a wall outlet. And when it comes to charging at home, the elegant cup charger fits perfectly in your bathroom and can also be used as a toothbrush cup.
