The Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 HX3886/43 is a black cordless oral irrigator that cleans between teeth and along the gumline with a water jet. Its X-shaped Quad Stream tip splits the flow into four streams that cover more area between the teeth and along the gums, allowing a faster and more thorough interdental clean without floss.

Pulse Wave technology guides the user from tooth to tooth in Deep Clean mode with gentle pulses. Two cleaning modes and three intensity levels let you tailor the clean to your needs. The head rotates 360 degrees to reach hard-to-access areas, so the unit can be used in any direction.

The battery charges via a USB-A cable, the same connection used by most mobile phones and tablets. According to the manufacturer, one charge lasts up to 14 days of cleaning. The unit weighs 500 g and comes with a standard nozzle, a travel case and a travel bag.
