The Petzl ACTIK CORE is a versatile blue LED headlamp designed for camping, hiking and outdoor activities. It delivers a maximum output of 625 lumens with a beam reaching up to 115 metres. Its IPX4 rating means it withstands rain and damp conditions.

The lamp offers several lighting modes: maximum endurance (7 lm, 100 hours), standard (100 lm, 7 hours), maximum output (625 lm, 2 hours), plus a continuous red light and a flashing red signal visible up to 700 metres away. The included CORE battery takes 3.5 hours to charge fully. A near and far focus adjustment is also built in, and the carry bag doubles as a lantern.

Weighing just 88 grams, it adds little burden on long trips. It can also run on standard alkaline or lithium batteries, or on Ni-MH rechargeable cells.
