The Peak Design Travel Tripod AL is a compact camera tripod with five aluminium sections, designed to fold to roughly half the size of a conventional photo tripod, which removes unnecessary dead space from your kit. Its quick-deploy telescoping legs and practical ball head make it quick to set up and pack away.

Weighing 1.56 kg, the tripod extends from a minimum height of 394 mm to a maximum of 1524 mm. The quick-release plate is compatible with Arca-Swiss (PD Standard Plate), so it works with a wide range of cameras and accessories. A concealed universal mount also makes it compatible with smartphones, suiting both professional photographers and hobbyists.

Set in the inverted position, it is well suited to macro and product photography, while the included hex key lets you reconfigure the centre column into Low mode for extremely low camera positions.
