The NZXT F140X Performance Fan in white is a 140 mm case fan with a 30 mm depth, designed for cases with a matching mounting position. It uses Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) technology together with NZXT's magnetic levitation stabilizer, which together are intended to keep operation quiet. At up to 2400 rpm, the fan delivers an airflow of 116 CFM and a static pressure of 5.78 mm H2O, with a noise level of no more than 41 dB according to the manufacturer. Its rated lifespan is up to 60,000 hours.

The 4-pin PWM connector allows precise fan speed control. The fan also features an NZXT 4-pin RGB connector and a 5V RGB connector, so the LED lighting can be customized through NZXT CAM software or the motherboard's software.

The package includes one fan, a screw set and a radiator screw set. The fan weighs 311 grams and measures 140 × 140 × 30 mm.
