    The NH-U14S TR5-SP6 is a 140mm premium silent CPU cooler for workstations and servers based on AMD Threadripper and Epyc processors using sTR5/SP6 sockets. Building on the proven foundations of the TR4-SP3 model with a large heatsink and full cover, the TR5-SP6 version uses Noctua's two award-winning NF-A15 140mm fans with PWM control to achieve maximum performance. excellent acoustics. Complete with pre-applied NT-H2 thermal compound and the professional SecuFirm2™ mounting system for the sTR5/SP6, updated to meet the increased pressure requirements of the platform, the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 forms a complete premium quality package. For quiet cooling of Threadripper workstations based on sTR5 and Epyc servers based on SP6.

    Please note that the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 is a dedicated version for AMD sTR5/SP6 sockets. Due to the custom larger base, it cannot be used for smaller sockets and is not compatible with Noctua's mounting kits for these sockets. See our socket compatibility overview for details.
