The tool is designed to easily remove the outer protective cover of the fiber optic cable. The NMC-S144H has 3 different edges for buffer coatings of different diameters: • To remove the outer layer of the buffer coating up to 2 - 3 mm in diameter. • Up to 900 µm buffer layer thickness. • For a buffer coating with a thickness of 250 µm. Furthermore, a fine manual adjustment allows users to work with coatings of any diameter. The NMC-S144H is made of superior alloy steel, sharpened and calibrated, and the rubberized, ergonomic handle ensures a pleasant and comfortable grip.
