    Naturi fermented beetroot and carrot in a medium 245 g jar is a naturally fermented vegetable product made mainly from beetroot and carrot, with fresh ginger added for flavour. It is prepared using only pure salt and water, with no other artificial ingredients, and fermented the natural way.

    Fermented vegetables are traditionally valued for supporting the gut microbiome and the immune system. The product is free from gluten, sugar, milk, egg, lactose, soy and preservatives, making it suitable for a range of everyday diets.

    The ingredients are beetroot (85%), carrot (13%), ginger, water and salt (NaCl). Net weight is 245 g.
