Natur Tanya Lutein Pro is an eye vitamin supplement containing 12 mg of stable, bioavailable microencapsulated free lutein, equivalent to 24 mg of lutein esters, together with seven further micronutrients that support normal vision. Alongside lutein it provides vitamins A, E, B2 and C, as well as organic zinc, organic copper and organic selenium. One pack contains enough for 54 days at the recommended dose of one film-coated tablet a day, taken during a meal with plenty of water.

Supplementation is especially recommended for people regularly exposed to blue light from sunlight, LED lighting and screens such as smartphones, computers and televisions.
