The Motorola CLR PLUS UHF transceiver comes with a desktop charger and battery, and is small, light and easy to use. With a power of 1 watt, it provides greater coverage than its 0.5 watt brother (CLR446) and is also compatible with repeaters. The CLR PLUS has IP52 certification, is resistant to dust and splashing water, so it is also suitable for industrial use. It's also MIL-STD 810H tested to make sure it's durable enough to work with all day. Longer shifts are not a problem for the CLR either, with the help of the long battery life you can communicate for up to 16 hours.
