Mimoosa Egyszerű Kekszliszt is a flour for baking biscuits, pies and linzer cookies. It is made from brown rice flour, golden flaxseed flour and psyllium husk flour, which gives it a high fibre content thanks to its wholegrain ingredients. The pack contains 500 g of flour.
Dough made with it is smooth and turns out either crumbly or crisp, depending on the recipe. The flour is simple to use, the dough does not stick and it comes together easily.
No sugar is added; the only sweetness comes from naturally occurring sugars. The product is made in a facility that also processes nuts and may contain traces of mustard and sesame.
