The router uses the high quality double-system Qualcomm IPQ8074A chipset, which includes 1.4GHz ARM Cortex A53 CPU. This is the basis for the four 5G antennas that allows the fastest data rate of up to 3600 Mbit/sec Wi-Fi.

The Château 5G R17 AX is a compact yet high -performance wireless router. In addition to the 5 gigabit Ethernet port (with one SFP) and the separate LTE module (if you don't need 5G), these options are well complemented by the multi-GB data flow port.

The device has an open mini pcie opening for the LTE/5G modem, which allows users to use the device with their own modems. Garmin and Quectel modems are supported and you can order the router with the already installed router.

The device actively updates the router system so that users can have the latest services and security updates. In addition to IPSec hardware acceleration, the Château 5G R17 AX also supports state-of-the-art Wi-Fi security protocols.
