The RB4011 uses a quad-core Cortex A15 CPU, the same as the portable-grade RB1100AHx4 unit. The device is equipped with 1 GB of RAM, so PoE output can be provided on port 10, and it has a compact, professional-looking, solid metal housing.

The RB4011iGS+RM (Ethernet model) includes two rack-mount tabs that securely mount the device in a standard 1U rack space.
