    The Metal Earth Atlantis Space Shuttle is a 3D metal model kit made from laser-cut steel sheets, assembled without glue or soldering. The parts are simply punched out of the 11 x 11 cm steel sheet and then joined by bending the tabs, following the detailed instructions. The kit is recommended for ages 14 and up and is intended for indoor use.

    The model depicts NASA's Atlantis, the fourth orbiter in the shuttle fleet. It made its first flight in October 1985 and went on to complete more than 30 missions over the years. The finished metal model presents the shuttle as a detailed, scaled-down replica.

    A Metal Earth tool set is recommended for precise work, as it makes bending and fine fitting noticeably easier. Patience and dexterity are essential. Weighing just 50 g, the model is a challenging project for collectors and newcomers alike.
