MEROSS MS420-EU Smart multifunctional water leak sensor

The MEROSS MS420-EU is a smart water leak detector that helps alert you to leaks, rainwater flooding and the risk of frozen pipes. Its large electrodes can detect small amounts of water, while the adjustable probe height lets you tailor detection to the surroundings and reduce alarms caused by temporary surface moisture. It can also monitor whether water is present in tanks, aquariums or pet water bowls.

A 1.5 m cable lets you position the additional probe in hard-to-reach spots, such as beneath a washing machine or near pipes and drains. When triggered, the sensor sounds a 100 dB alarm. Its IP65-rated housing resists dust and water jets. Bluetooth Low Energy helps conserve power, and a CR123A battery can provide up to 4 years of operation. It is compatible with smartphones running Android 8.0 or later and iOS 13 or later.
