    The MERCUSYS MS108GS-M2 is an 8-port desktop switch in which every port supports 2.5 Gbps, giving the network a 40 Gbps switching capacity. It suits connecting fast devices such as 2.5G NAS storage, servers, gaming PCs, WiFi 6, 6E or 7 access points and 4K video streaming equipment.

    Because it runs at 2.5 Gbps over existing cabling, a network can be upgraded in speed without switching to Cat6 cabling, which keeps the expansion simple and affordable. A loop protection feature continuously monitors the network structure and helps prevent outages caused by network loops.

    The fanless, completely silent metal housing suits quiet environments and can be placed freely on a desk or wall-mounted. Plug-and-play operation means it is ready to use immediately without any configuration, making it a good fit for home offices, small businesses and LAN parties.
