MERACH MR-R14R1 rowing machine with water resistance black

The MERACH MR-R14R1 is an indoor water rowing machine that recreates the resistance of real rowing through a 22-litre water tank and a 12-blade turbine. The harder you pull, the more resistance the submerged turbine creates, so every stroke feels natural and varied. The frame is made of FSC-certified wood and is rated for a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

The seat runs on dual rails for smooth, stable movement and supports correct posture throughout the stroke. Six resistance levels, a display with Bluetooth connectivity and a holder for a phone or tablet complete the setup. The MERACH app provides statistics, workout history and preset programmes, and its augmented reality mode projects virtual routes onto your screen.

The machine arrives largely pre-assembled, so setup takes little time. After training it can be stored upright, saving floor space at home, and transport wheels make it easy to move. Adjustable foot pedals help keep your feet secure. The design suits users up to about 2 metres tall.
