The MERACH MR-R07H1 is a multifunctional fitness machine that combines the functions of a squat machine and a rowing machine, allowing full-body training at home. Its natural squatting and rowing movements help strengthen the legs, glutes, abdominals, back, shoulders and arms.

The machine uses flexible resistance cables with three resistance levels, which can be adjusted by attaching or detaching cables with sturdy carabiners.
