The MERACH MR-R02B10 is a home rowing machine with a 16-level magnetic resistance system, suited to both beginners and regular exercisers. Lower levels work well for gentle cardio sessions and warm-ups, while higher settings allow more demanding workouts aimed at building endurance and strength. The flywheel weighs 6.8 kg and delivers steady resistance for a smooth, natural rowing motion.

The aluminium rail is designed to run quietly, and the manufacturer states it reduces noise by up to 80 percent compared with conventional designs, so training is less disruptive at home. The ergonomic seat is intended for longer sessions, and the sturdy steel frame supports a maximum user weight of 158 kg while keeping vibration and movement to a minimum.

The display tilts up to 180 degrees and shows workout time, stroke count, distance, calories burned and SPM. Via Bluetooth the machine connects to the MERACH app, which offers more than 1,000 interactive training programmes and games to help keep workouts varied and motivating.
