The MERACH MR-R15B3-EU rowing machine is designed for effective full-body workouts at home. It combines rowing motion with an interactive training system, and the MERACH app gives access to more than 1,000 workout programmes and games as well as over 100 virtual outdoor routes. Integration with Apple Health and Google Fit lets you track your progress in real time and analyse your results.
Resistance is adjusted across 16 levels via a magnetic system, and the automatic adjustment adapts intensity to your session. A built-in handle lets you raise the resistance by one level quickly. The 21.5-inch HD display (1920×1080) shows films, TV programmes and workout videos and can be rotated through 180 degrees. Bluetooth, wireless and USB-C screen mirroring make the machine versatile to use.
The magnetic system runs at a very quiet 25 dB. The machine folds away or can be stood upright, so it takes up little floor space at home.
