    Product description

    The Makita DF012DZ is a professional cordless screwdriver supplied as a bare tool, without battery and charger. It is designed for driving and removing screws in wood, metal and plastic, and it can be operated both in straight and pistol-grip position. Forward and reverse operation and a two-speed selector (high and low) let you match the speed to the task.

    No-load speed is 200 and 650 rpm, and torque is 5.6 Nm in hard mode and 3.6 Nm in soft mode. An integrated LED work light illuminates the work area, and the ergonomic soft grip sits comfortably in the hand. The tool weighs 530 g and accepts 1/4-inch hex-shank bits.

    The automatic shut-off system monitors battery charge. An indicator light warns when the charge drops below a set level, and if it keeps falling, the motor stops automatically to prevent an unfinished screw connection.
