The MAGUS Stereo 9T stereoscopic microscope offers a long working distance and creates a non-inverted, three-dimensional image. You can not only study samples, but also conduct experiments with them. The Greenough optical system produces sharp, three-dimensional images, which is essential for high-precision observations. The microscope is equipped with two zoom lenses and two illuminators (transmitted light and reflected light) and can optionally be expanded with additional accessories. An excellent choice for restoration, soldering, modelling, machine servicing and quality control.

Digital camera
The MAGUS CBF10 digital camera is designed for cooperation with a microscope: photography, video recording and image display on an external screen. Due to its characteristics, the 4x and 10x plane microscope objective and stereomicroscope are most suitable for work with a clear field of view.

The MAGUS CBF10 camera is equipped with an Aptina CMOS sensor with a light sensitivity of 0.62 mV/lux/s. You can achieve a maximum field of view without distortion by using a 0.4x to 0.6x magnification adapter.

With the 18 megapixel sensor, you can get a realistic, very detailed image with a resolution of 4912x3684 px. In this mode, the video records 13.1 frames per second. You can increase the frame rate, which results in smoother video by lowering the resolution. Available options: 2456x1842 px (34.3 fps) and 1228x922 px (54.4 fps). Adjusting the focus on the microscope is convenient, you can choose any mode. Higher frame rate modes are suitable for studying moving objects and fast processes, as well as for presentations and demonstrations.

Optical elements
The trifocal head on the microscope has a trifocal tube into which a digital camera can be attached. The C-socket adapter is included with the product, but the digital camera must be purchased separately. The three-lens head can be rotated 360°. The zoom lens together with the 10x eyepiece provides 7-63x magnification. Thanks to its zoom lens, the magnification can be changed without reducing the focus. If you use additional objectives (not included), you can change the magnification range, working distance and field of view of the microscope. With optional accessories, the magnification of the microscope can be increased up to 315x.

Illumination
The work area is illuminated by two LEDs: a 5 W transmitted light and a 3 W reflected (angled) light. Both luminaires are powered by alternating current (AC) and have a lifespan of 50,000 hours. They are bright and do not change the color temperature when changing the brightness.

Stage and focusing mechanism
One of the plates included with the product (double-sided black and white, white, transparent) must be mounted on the specimen table. The first disc contrasts the images - it helps to observe non-transparent objects. Dark-colored samples can be studied on the white side, and light-colored samples can be studied on the black side. White and clear plates can be used to observe translucent and transparent samples when maximum brightness and uniform illumination of the work area are important considerations.

The microscope has both a coarse and fine focusing mechanism. Fine focusing should be used for magnification above 40x. Coarse focusing is done by tension adjustment.

Accessories
Additional accessories such as eyepieces, accessory lenses, calibration slides, and digital cameras can be used to extend the capabilities of the microscope. A device for polarized light observations can also be installed.
