Digital camera
The digital camera has a 2 MP sensor, which produces a Full HD resolution (1920x1080 PX), a realistic picture.
Because the hands and the instrument itself move under the microscope, the screen monitoring provides certain requirements for the frame speed. The camera is mounted in the triple tube with the help of a C-branch adapter and is connected to the monitor via an HDMI output. The HDMI mode supports 60 fps. This is the minimum value for the system to be transferred to the screen smoothly, without delay. When moving the printed circuit, the image remains in focus.

The camera is connected to the computer by the WiFi interface. In this way, the observation process and the intermediate and final results can be recorded.

LCD monitor
The monitor connects to a microscope -mounted camera to display a real -time image. Compatible with the Full HD resolution Magus HDMI camera. The screen is 13.3 inches. The IPS matrix creates bright images with high insight angles: if you look at the monitor from an oblique direction, the colors will not distort. The monitor can be placed on the table or connected to the camera.

Microscope head

For soldering work, the 0.5x auxiliary lens can be achieved with a magnification of 3.25-27.5x and 177 mm work distance.
If the 0.5x zoom lens is not in use, a 6.5-55x magnification and 105 mm work distance are available for quality control.
Compared to visual observations during quality control, the instrument operations require a larger field of view. Viewed through the lenses, the diameter of the field of vision with the 0.5x magnification auxiliary lens 67.7 mm (at 3.25x microscopic magnification) and 8 mm (at 27.5x magnification). The basic configuration contains the 10x/22 mm eye lens, which can be adjusted to diopter and eye distance to work with glasses.

Illumination
Each task requires different illumination. The kit has two lighting elements. The polarizer ring lamp eliminates the reflection of the metals. The laryngeal lamp can be used to create shadows that facilitate the recognition of surface topography for our vision.

Stand
The solid pedestal universal stand minimizes the vibrations of the movement. The long, horizontal lever can increase the workspace.
Sometimes it is not advisable to move objects in the optical route during work. Sometimes it is more advantageous to move the microscope head. Press the microbe adjustment button to move the microscope head back and forth horizontally.
The angle of the optical axis can be changed by the mechanism at the end of the rack. The operator can observe the sample on the table from an angle. This feature can make more convenient operations such as checking the quality of soldering or monitoring curved objects.

Focusing mechanism
The focusing mechanism also has a coarse and fine focus-adjusting function. Above the 40x magnification value, it is easier to adjust the microscope with the fine focus-adjusting mechanism.
