MAGUS SFR100 DRY 100х/0.85 Plan L Pol ∞/0 objective lens

This MAGUS 100x plan-achromatic objective is designed for microscopes with an infinity-corrected optical system and is suited to work in both transmitted and reflected polarized light. Its stress-free optical glass lenses do not interfere with light passage or affect the result of the examination. Paired with eyepieces between 5x and 10x, it provides a useful total magnification of 425x to 850x. The plan-achromatic design corrects geometric distortion across 90% of the field of view, keeping the image sharp in the center and at the edges, which makes it suitable for connecting a digital camera or building a wide-field optical system.

The resolution limit is 0.33 µm, the working distance 0.4 mm and the parfocal distance 45 mm. The objective is used without immersion and without a cover glass. Its housing is made of copper with a silver finish and it features a spring-loaded frame. Weighing 135 g, it is a compact accessory for microscopy work.
