The Mackie MDB-2P is a passive two-channel stereo DI box designed to interface electronic instruments, synthesizers and other stereo line sources on stage or in the studio. It gives musicians and engineers a reliable way to match these sources cleanly to a mixer or audio interface.
The unit features two 6.3 mm high-impedance inputs, parallel Thru outputs and balanced, low-impedance XLR outputs. Built-in ground lift switches help eliminate the hum caused by ground loops.
The switchable -15 dB pad keeps the signal clean and distortion-free even from high-level sources. A sturdy metal housing protects the box through everyday gigging. Weighing 400 g, it is also easy to carry.
