The LOGILINK USB-to-Serial Converter AU0048A links a USB-A port to a serial RS232 interface through a DB9 connector. It lets you connect older devices and industrial equipment with a serial port to a modern computer. The PL2303GT chipset handles the conversion, and the adapter reaches data rates of up to 115 Kbit/s.
The converter draws its power directly from the USB port, so no separate power supply is required. The 1.5 m cable is finished in black. It is compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0 specifications and works with Mac OS, Linux and Windows up to Windows 11.
