The Asmedia ASM3142 chipset supports transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s in line with the USB 3.1 standard, allowing fast and reliable data connections. The card is backward compatible with USB 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1, so older devices can also be connected without any trouble.
At 12 x 9.4 x 2.2 cm and with a light weight, the card is easy to fit into most desktop computers with a PCI Express slot.
