When using a high-quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable, the following distance and resolution combinations are possible:

100m: 1920x1080@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit

70m: 3840x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit / 4:2:2 12bit

Videos supporting up to 4K Ultra HD resolution can be viewed with stunning clarity, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) enables the display of content with increased brightness, higher contrast black and white and a much wider color gamut. This provides a reliable solution for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, creating immersive displays at events, or attractive settings in larger conference rooms or auditoriums.

ARC support over HDMI allows audio content to be sent back from the display to a connected amplifier or Soundbar, while local audio extraction allows audio outputs to be connected for immersive multi-channel sound. Receiver-side digital audio embedding can also be used for the audio source, which can be easily switched with a push button on the main unit.

The PoC (Power over Cable) function provides additional flexibility. This allows power to be supplied in addition to data via a Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between transmitter and receiver, meaning that only one power supply is required for the transmitter. Ideal if network sockets are limited on the receiving side of the installation.

USB 2.0 ports allow you to connect a mouse, keyboard and other devices to the receiver to control a source device such as a computer or laptop. It has two-way infrared ports on both sides of the setup, so the source device can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. Combined with CEC control, which allows commands from a single main remote, this expansion system gives the user complete and simple control. Bidirectional RS-232 and Ethernet ports allow integration into larger control systems or connection to network switches and hubs with LAN access.

In addition, the power supply connects via a screw-on DC connector, providing a safer and more reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnection can be a serious problem.
