The Ermenrich Zing TC12 Smart Digital Multimeter is about the size of a pen. Thanks to its pocket-sized format, it is easy to carry. The extensive functions of the device can be well used not only by home DIYers, but also by professionals dealing with electrical networks and equipment. The multimeter can measure direct and alternating current (DC and AC) voltage, resistance, capacitance and frequency. It can be used to determine the location of open and short-circuited circuits, non-contact detection of hidden wires, diode testing, phase detection, and also to determine the phase sequence in the case of a three-phase power supply system.

One of the advantages of the device is that it performs calculations using the True RMS formula, so the variables are measured more accurately. Another great feature is the Smart feature. In this mode, the device detects the incoming signal and measures it accordingly. The function is only available for direct and alternating current (DC and AC) voltage, resistance and rupture testing. You can manually access all modes by pressing a single button on the device. The hold function can also be activated manually, which is useful if you are taking measurements in a confined space and cannot read the display immediately, so you can return to it later.

The multimeter is battery-operated and has an automatic shut-off function and a built-in flashlight for convenient use in low-light conditions.
