The Levenhuk DTX 350 LCD microscope is designed for applied research. The device can be used as a digital magnifier to observe larger objects (coins, seeds, insects), or it can be used as a microscope to observe opaque samples. The Levenhuk DTX 350 LCD is easy to use, perfect for learning or hobby, but can also be used for professional activities.

Magnification is supported by a built-in digital camera. Image quality can be improved using software. The sample can be attached to the specimen table with a clip, the illumination is provided from above by eight bright LED lights. The system transmits the enlarged image to the built-in screen. What's more, you can project the image onto any external screen, such as a computer or laptop screen or a projector. The lighting is adjustable; the sharpness of the image can be adjusted separately.

You can also save the results of your observation as a photo or video. The set includes the memory card on which the recordings are saved. The tool has one more important function, which is the image processing program (this is included on the CD in the kit). Once you've installed the program on your computer, you'll have additional options, such as adjusting brightness or contrast, captioning footage, or measuring the angles or lengths of samples.
The great advantage of the microscope is that it can work independently. With the help of the built-in battery, it is possible to work continuously for 7 hours. If necessary, the microscope can be powered from a computer USB port. You can also use AC power (alternating current power) for power (the AC adapter for this can be purchased separately).
