The Discovery Nano Polar digital microscope is a monocular biological microscope equipped with a 0.3 megapixel digital camera. It can be used for both traditional visual observations and creating a digital examination archive. With the help of the camera, the image can be displayed on the external screen, and photos and videos of the examination can be taken. The set also includes an illustrated informative book about the microworld.

Achromatic, glass optical elements
The optical system includes a wide-field 10x eyepiece and three achromatic objectives: 4х, 10х and 40х. The 40x objective is equipped with a spring protective frame. The magnification of the microscope can be adjusted between 40x and 400x. Since the optical elements are made of glass, the device provides an extremely high-contrast and clear image, so that even the smallest details of the samples can be examined.

Combined LED lighting
The lighting system consists of two LED lights, which were placed above and below the specimen table. The luminous flux of the lower LED lamp can be corrected using the diaphragm plates. The lighting works with batteries, which are part of the kit. The stage is equipped with specimen clips.

0.3 megapixel digital camera for photo and video recording

The 0.3 megapixel digital camera can be attached to the eyepiece and connected to the computer with a USB cable (included in the kit). Software installation is required for proper operation. The CD for the software can be found in the set. Please see the listed system requirements in the technical data. The camera works with the USB cable, which expands the function set of the microscope. The maximum resolution is 640x480 pixels, and the video recording frame rate is excellent: 30 frames per second. In addition, simple image processing functions are available (setting brightness, image size, etc.).
