With the Discovery Femto Polar monocular microscope, the world of microbes can be examined in transmitted and reflected light with a magnification of 40x–400x. You can see the cell structure of plants and insects, life in a drop of water, extreme creatures and much more. The microscope is an excellent classroom aid for conducting simple biological experiments. It comes with an educational book about the world of microbes. With the achromatic optics, the patterns appear clearly and richly detailed. The rotating head part of the device has three lenses: 4x, 10x and 40x spring. At 10x magnification, the wide-field eyepiece ensures a clear image. The monocular head part tilts ergonomically at 45°, which makes long-term observations more comfortable. In addition, the head part rotates 360 degrees above the horizontal plane, which can be used very well for group observations. The image can be shown without moving the microscope, only the head part has to be turned properly. It has a separate coarse and fine focus button, which makes the focus adjustment smoother.

The lighting system consists of top and bottom LED lighting with adjustable brightness. The bottom light enters through the disc diaphragm, which also helps control the brightness. The device can be operated from a battery (included in the set) or from a socket (the set includes the mains adapter). The microscope stage is equipped with clips for fixing the slides.
