LEVENHUK D740T 5.1 M digital trinocular microscope

The Levenhuk D740T digital microscope is suitable both for visual observations with a microscope eyepiece and for data transfer to a computer monitor. The microscope is equipped with a modern 5 megapixel camera, which must be installed in the eyepiece tube, so that the images can be displayed in real time on the computer monitor. Since the microscope has a trinocular head, you can observe what is happening through the eyepiece at the same time.

The microscope offers a wide magnification range of 40x to 2000x. To select the appropriate magnification, rotate the turret with the objective and replace the eyepiece. The package contains four achromatic objectives (including an immersion lens) and two sets of eyepieces.

The Levenhuk D740T microscope is designed for viewing transparent microscope specimens. The lighting system is located under the examination table, its brightness can be conveniently adjusted. The light is provided by a bright (3 watt) LED bulb. The brightness of the bulb can be adjusted over a wide range. The lighting can be operated from the mains (the power cable is included in the package). The light from the bulb is directed onto the iris diaphragm Abbe condenser. By controlling the aperture, the light beam can be directed exactly to the desired area. Coarse and fine adjustment of sharpness can be achieved with the focus button.

Metal clips mounted on the microscope stage securely fix the sample, and the stage can be moved horizontally and vertically. The frame is made of metal.

The microscope package also includes a Levenhuk D740T digital camera and other accessories. Once your eyepiece is in place and you install the software, you can follow what's going on under your eyepiece lens on your computer monitor. The function can be used for presentations or even to save research results in image and video format for later use. The images can be edited with Levenhuk software (included in the package): you can change the size of the images, control the brightness and contrast, crop the image, etc.

The package includes all the tools you need to get to work right away. The digital camera also comes with an installation CD that contains all the necessary software and drivers. Levenhuk D740T and its camera are compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.

Caution: Please refer to the technical description for the correct voltage and never attempt to connect a 110V device to a 220V outlet (and vice versa) without using a converter. Note that the mains voltage in the US and Canada is 110V, while in most European countries it is 220-240V.
