The Levenhuk D400T is a digital biological microscope that comes with a 3.1 MP camera as standard. Visual observations can be made with the device, samples can also be photographed, video can be recorded and the image can be projected onto the screen. The image resolution reaches 2048x1536 pixels. The microscope is a great choice for laboratories, veterinary clinics and educational institutions.

It is equipped with a three-eye lens head. The visual module has an inclined shape, thanks to which it is possible to prevent straining of the neck muscles during long hours of observation. The eyepiece tube for the digital camera (included in the kit) is vertical. The set includes two wide-field, 10x magnification eyepieces. The optical system includes two wide-field eyepieces with 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x magnification. The 40x and 100x objectives have a spring-loaded protective frame on the front lens. In addition, the 100x magnification objective lens can also be used for immersion oil.

A mechanical scale helps to fix the microscope slides. The lower part has a bright LED lamp and a light-collecting lens. The brightness of the lighting is adjustable. The lighting system also includes an Abbe condenser equipped with an iris diaphragm, through which the illumination intensity can be adjusted. Light filters can also be used for the microscope.

The digital camera (included in the kit) is provided with the accompanying software. It can be used to edit previously saved images: zoom in/out, crop, adjust contrast and brightness, etc.

The Levenhuk D400T digital trinocular microscope is compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras (additional cameras can be purchased separately). Levenhuk cameras can be mounted in an eyepiece tube instead of the eyepiece.
