The Levenhuk 5ST microscope is a modern tool that can be perfectly used both at home and in professional laboratories. With a long working distance of 160 mm (6.3 inches), this laboratory microscope is ideal for observing almost any object, including geological samples, jewelry, watches, textiles, agricultural products, and many other objects.

The optical elements of this modern measuring microscope create high-quality images of the observed objects, so that the samples can be studied in detail and their dimensions can be accurately determined.

This laboratory microscope provides 20x and 40x magnification thanks to its wide-angle 10x magnification eyepiece and 2x and 4x magnification objective lenses. The binocular head part of the Levenhuk 5ST model is tilted at an angle of 60 degrees, so that samples can be examined for even longer periods of time without muscle fatigue.

The pupillary distance of the binocular head unit can be adjusted from 54 to 76 mm (2.1 to 3 inches) for even more comfortable observation. The sharpness of the images can be adjusted by turning the coarse focusing knob on the microscope frame. The upper and lower light sources provide adequate light intensity for observations.

In order to increase the efficiency of the observations, the plate of the stage can be turned so that its black or white half faces upwards, thus increasing the contrast of the observed sample as needed.
