This silicone financier mould from Lékué makes nine classic, bar-shaped financier cakes in one bake. It is made from 100% platinum silicone, which is BPA-free and food-safe. The non-stick surface releases the cakes cleanly without greasing, buttering or baking paper.

With a heat tolerance from -60°C to +220°C, the mould can be used in the oven, the microwave and the freezer. Its flexible material lets you lift the cakes out with a single gentle motion, keeping their edges and shape intact. It is also dishwasher safe.
