The scratch-free slotted spatula from Lékué is a practical companion for non-stick pans and pots. Its head is fully coated with 100% platinum silicone, so it will not scratch delicate Teflon or ceramic coatings while still giving you firm, stable control while frying and cooking.
The slots in the head let excess oil or cooking water drain away immediately, before the food reaches the plate. The ergonomic handle sits comfortably in the hand, and the angled head makes it easier to slide food out even close to the pan wall.
The tool is rated for temperatures from 4 °C to 220 °C. A hanging hole in the handle allows convenient storage, and the spatula is dishwasher safe. The material is BPA-free, food-grade platinum silicone with PBT plastic.
