The Lékué Round Cake Mould is a round silicone baking mould with a diameter of 260 mm, suited to medium and larger cakes, sponges and gâteaux. Made from flexible, heat-resistant silicone, it is designed to keep its shape over repeated use.
The non-stick surface allows finished cakes to be released easily, so there is no need to grease the mould beforehand. The silicone is also dishwasher safe, which keeps cleaning simple.
