This silicone pudding mould with a ceramic serving plate is designed for baking and unmoulding classic desserts as well as savoury aspics. The ceramic plate gives the set a stable base when filling, baking or chilling, prevents it from tipping, and doubles as a stylish serving dish.

Made from 100% platinum silicone, the mould is flexible and non-stick, so the finished dessert releases in a single movement without breaking. Its round savarin design with a central hole is intended to distribute heat evenly during baking and cooling.

The mould is rated from -60°C to +220°C, so it can be used in the oven, the microwave and the freezer. It is dishwasher safe and, according to the manufacturer, completely leak-proof. Capacity is 1.3 litres and dimensions are 240 x 105 x 240 mm.
