The Lékué Non-Scratch Pasta Spoon is a green kitchen tool with silicone-coated prongs. They protect the surface of pans with Teflon or ceramic coatings. The specially shaped prongs hold long pasta strands such as spaghetti, linguine or tagliatelle securely, so they neither slip nor fall off.
The holes in the spoon head let excess cooking water and sauce drain away when serving. The silicone head is heat resistant up to 220 °C, and the PBT plastic handle up to 180 °C. The materials are 100% BPA-free and meet European (EFSA) and US (FDA) standards.
The spoon measures 30 x 7.7 x 6 cm and weighs just 80 g. It is dishwasher safe, and its hanging loop makes it easy to store.
