The Lékué mini Madeleine silicone baking mould is made from 100% platinum silicone and bakes 20 small, shell-shaped madeleines in a single batch. Its non-stick surface means the cakes release cleanly without greasing, buttering or baking paper.
The flexible material is durable and resists breaking and warping. Finished cakes come out of the mould intact: simply press gently around the edge of each cavity or push up from underneath. It withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +220 °C, so it can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer.
The mould measures 300 x 175 x 9 mm and weighs just 0.16 kg. It is dishwasher safe and can be stored compactly. The material is BPA-free and food safe.
